Sale

All unwanted gifts or purchases bought in sale can be returned for an exchange within 14 days with proof of purchase. Please note goods must be returned in unworn original condition and with its original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices

UK prices include VAT where applicable. It may be necessary for prices to be increased or decreased from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

If there is an error in pricing we will inform you before dispatch of the goods and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

Portrayal of products

Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colour dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available and refund you any sum paid by you for those goods.

Delivery

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel your order. You will be refunded any sum that has been paid by you. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 28 days of receiving your order. The shoes must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. We will refund or replace the product. You will be liable for return postage unless the goods are defective.

International Orders

All orders are shipped from the UK. You may need to pay customs and import duties. All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment is necessary to release the items from customs. This is your responsibility and at your cost.  We are unable to advise on rates as they vary from country to country. You are also responsible for any returns costs. Please mark clearly  "UK RETURNED GOODS". Failure to do this may result in charges being levied and a delay in processing your refund. We recommend you use a signed for delivery with insurance as we cannot take responsibility for lost items without proof of postage.

All sizes are in UK format only and are approximate.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please contact us.  If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information and send the order back in its original packaging. Once we have received notification that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Liability disclaimer

Gucinari's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Gucinari to the customer. Gucinari shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Gucinari by statute. Gucinari does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

When you place an order to purchase a product from Gucinari, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

Gucinari endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site, however, Gucinari does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not - on receipt by you - substantially meet the description on this web site, you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Events Beyond our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect for any goods delivered  that is caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, terrorism, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Gucinari. Gucinari shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Competition Terms and Conditions

1) Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) only. Employees or volunteers of Gucinari/their co-promoters or their partners, contributors, immediate families, agencies, or anyone else directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2) By entering any competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
3) All prizes are subject to availability. There will be no cash alternative.
4) The decision of the Gucinari judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5) Entry into the competition is deemed as agreement to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition.
6) Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the competition address. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
7) In the case of a prize draw, a random, first correct entry drawn, will be the winner.
8) Entries will become the property of Gucinari and will not be returned.
9) Entry into the competition is free and Lottery and Gaming regulations do not apply.
10) No liability will be accepted on the part of Gucinari, its co-promoters or agents for any loss, illness or injury resulting directly or otherwise from participation in any competition or promotion.
11) No liability on the part of Gucinari, its co-promoters or agents will be accepted for any action, civil or otherwise, taken against individual participants in the promotion.
12) Entrants into the promotion have no claim whatsoever to any intellectual or other property connected to any promotion, which remains in the sole ownership of Gucinari.
13) Collusion with other participants is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.
14) Gucinari reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notification. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions also apply to any subsequent revision, whether notified or not.
