COVID-19 – due to this pandemic we have closed our warehouse. This means that we will not be there to receive goods. We have arranged with the post office to return goods so if you need to return please ONLY do so via Royal Mail and the post office. Please keep the tracking as we will not be responsible until we receive them. Stay safe and thanks for your patience.
We are pleased to refund unworn and unmarked goods in their original box accompanied by the order note enclosed within 28 days of the purchase date. If returning the goods the cost will be at your expense unless the goods are defective. Please scroll down for the returns address. We strongly recommend trying the goods on a carpet to avoid any marks. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please write whether you would like a refund or an exchange (including the name and size of the shoe) on the order note accompanying the goods and return that with the items.
In accordance with your rights we will be pleased to exchange or refund the goods where they are found to be defective. We will ask for proof of purchase. This will include your return postage if goods are deemed defective and please note we will need a receipt/proof for that.
We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit so strongly recommend that you return via recorded delivery.
All international customers must cover the cost of returning their goods for exchange or refund. Please mark clearly on the outside of the package “UK RETURNED GOODS”. Failure may result in levies being charged. We strongly recommend that you return via recorded delivery with insurance as we cannot take responsibility until the goods arrive back with us. Please retain proof of postage and a tracking number. Please note the return cost must be reasonable if the goods are defective.
Refunds will be processed via paypal once we receive the goods providing they are in unworn, resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once the goods arrive back at our warehouse, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to happen. You will then be contacted by email. The refund will be returned via the original method used in the purchase. This may mean that the money may take time to reach your account depending on the banks processing time.
Any returns received outside the 28 day period are accepted at the discretion of JJ Shoe Design Limited (TA Gucinari)
Exchanges can be requested but we may ask for delivery costs, this is the case for overseas transactions.
Faulty Items : Shop Bought Returns
If you bought Gucinari shoes from a shop and not directly from our website, please return them to that store with proof of purchase. Your receipt acts as the contract with that shop and they will examine the goods to see if the shoes are faulty and it is at their discretion if they will offer an exchange, credit note or refund.
If you bought directly from us, of course, we can deal with this directly. Please contact us.
